Large freight, pallet, wholesale, or contractor orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

Depending on product size and order quantity, DOTDAY orders may ship via:

  • LTL Freight Carriers

  • Other commercial delivery services

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Fulfillment Locations

Large rolls, pallet shipments, and commercial orders may ship via freight carrier.

Customers may be contacted to coordinate delivery appointments or unloading requirements.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and accessible for delivery vehicles.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, DOTDAY is not responsible for delays caused by:

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photos of the package and product.
