Welcome to DOTDAY. We stand behind the quality of our landscape fabrics and geotextile products. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products purchased directly through the DOTDAY website.

To qualify for a return:

Product must be returned in original packaging
Product must not be cut, installed, damaged, or altered
Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Products that have been cut, installed, or altered
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Bulk, wholesale, contractor, or pallet orders unless approved in writing

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
Include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

Please email us at info@thedotday.com. Depending on the situation, DOTDAY may provide a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a DOTDAY error or shipping damage.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns
For large rolls, freight shipments, or pallet orders, additional return coordination may be required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are applied to your original method of payment. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
