Returns & Refund Policy

Simple, clear support for DOTDAY orders purchased through our website.

Welcome to DOTDAY. We stand behind the quality of our landscape fabrics and geotextile products. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products purchased directly through the DOTDAY website.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • Product must not be cut, installed, damaged, or altered

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or installed rolls

  • Cut-to-size or customized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Bulk, wholesale, contractor, or pallet orders unless approved in writing

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

Depending on the situation, DOTDAY may provide a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a DOTDAY error or shipping damage.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns

  • For large rolls, freight shipments, or pallet orders, additional return coordination may be required

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days.

PARTIAL REFUND NOTICE

DOTDAY reserves the right to issue partial refunds for opened packaging, missing items, products not returned in original condition, or damage occurring after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.

Amazon Orders

If you purchased a DOTDAY product through Amazon, returns and refunds must be handled directly through Amazon's return system and policies.

Product Use & Performance Disclaimer

DOTDAY products are engineered for landscaping, weed control, drainage, filtration, and ground stabilization applications. Product performance may vary depending on installation quality, environmental conditions, soil type, traffic load, and application method. Proper installation and maintenance are recommended for best performance.
